Don't waste your money!!!

I made this purchase for the fur side. However, the fur side doesn't go on the eyes. If you flip it over then the strings pull in an unnatural fashion, making this mask pointless. I wanted it for the softness on the eyes. I called customer service who told me to send an email. No one NEVER RESPONDED! It was also poorly made. Whoever sewd mine just didn't care. I was happy with everything else. I wouldn't give this one star but you have to pick something!
