about the best you can do for a lady who needs length , work it on dry ( on inside ) so it doesnt hinge / bend while fucking her , you can lube outside if shes needing it, it will stay straight and get her deep , if your 5" or more and she cums better with this toy you got yourself a size queen and thats kinda hot ! good toy but only lasts about 8-10 times . will need to keep replacing but hey shes gonna want that extra length after she gets use to it

Recently bought a bunch of extensions to see what would work the best. So far this one has been better than the all the others. Most extensions are too floppy at the tip due to the weak transition between you and the extension. This one is stiff enough yet soft enough to be comfortable for both. Plus, you have options for the length to fit your situation. The girth is also a good size. If the woman is small it may hurt a little at first but at least she'll be able to take it. Size queens may want more but it is definitely plenty for the average woman.
